CLAYTON — UPDATE: @3:40 a.m.
Several firefighters battled a house fire in a Montgomery County neighborhood early Wednesday.

Clayton firefighters responded around 1:10 a.m. to the 5100 block of Seville Drive on reports of a structure fire, according to a Montgomery County Regional Dispatch supervisor.
The Collaborative Fire Department of Clayton, Englewood, and Union wrote in a social media post that crews encountered heavy fire on the rear of the house.

The department said that everyone escaped before crews arrived at the scene.
They also posted two photos on social media. One showed heavy fire on the roof as firefighters arrived.
The second photo showed significant damage to the home.
Harrison Township and Trotwood firefighters also assisted with the fire.
The cause is under investigation.
